Beaded Planter
Make your own:
- Start by filling the plastic flower pot about halfway with moss. This gives you a base to “plant” your beads into.
- Cut several lengths of wire or pipe cleaner and bead away! You can create vines, flower stems, or even spiky “succulents.” Pro tip: Mix colors, textures, and even shapes to give your plant personality!
- Once you’ve made 5–8 beaded strands, group them together and twist the bottoms so they hold as one “plant.” You can add a final large bead at the base to help keep it in place.
- Plant your Beads! Insert the base of your beaded bundle into the moss-filled pot. Press in firmly or secure with a bit of glue if needed. You will want to cover the base with additional moss to hide the tied part and give it a lush, finished look!
- Place your beaded plant on a windowsill, desk, or shelf — no sun or watering required!
- Voila!
